Our team has successfully negotiated contracts on behalf of the Board of Managers, supervised building employees, and implemented staff procedures to ensure efficiency. We also process repair requests and provide around-the-clock responses to emergency calls. Additionally, we inspect properties for cleanliness and repair issues, while ensuring supplies and materials are ordered in a timely manner.

  • Invoice owners’ monthly maintenance/common charges.
  • Manage building's accounts receivables and payables.
  • Provide all required financial documentation to the property’s accountant for tax filings, annual audits for financial statements.
  • Process payroll if building has employees.
  • Collect monthly maintenance and common charges from owners.
  • Deposit all maintenance and common charges into the building’s designated financial institution.
  • Provide the Board with a monthly report of all financial transactions and bank reconciliations.
  • Provide a proposed annual budget to present to the board.

Account Management

Account management is critical because it directly impacts customer satisfaction. By providing excellent service, responding to inquiries in a timely manner, and ensuring smooth transactions, we build strong relationships with properties. This fosters trust, peace of mind, and long-term success.

Administrative

All Shore Management’s administrative services include handling requests for Certificates of Insurance, preparing paperwork for closings and refinances, scheduling move-ins, move-outs, and deliveries, and acting as a liaison between Board Members and owners. Our team never loses sight of the importance of customer service, and we pride ourselves on prompt responses to residents’ needs. We go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.

List of Administrative Services:

  • Prepare and mail all business correspondence on behalf of the board.
  • Handle owner's requests for Certificates of Insurance for owners.
  • Assist the Board in the procurement of professional services.
  • Serve as liaison between Board Members and owners.
  • Schedule move-ins, move-outs, and deliveries for owners.
  • Attend monthly Board and Annual meetings; assist in preparing agendas.
  • Field all calls/emails from owners.
  • Assist the Board in securing insurance coverage and coordinating with brokers to ensure adequacy and value.
  • Provide Board with resale/sublet applicants with appropriate forms.
  • Respond promptly to residents’ complaints.
